As we read about the unjust plot to crucify Jesus in our study of Mark’s gospel, Pastor Holladay has taken some time to look into the attitudes of the leaders responsible for Jesus’ death. This past Sunday, we learned about Annas and Caiaphas and their hostility towards Christ. We were reminded that in His vast wisdom, God used the murder of His beloved Son to bring about the redemption of mankind. As only He can do, He used man’s evil to bring about His good.
